Python Testing Consultant/Architect Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. • 5--20 years of experience in Python engineering with strong focus on testing and quality engineering practices. • Strong proficiency in Python and Django with proven ability to build testable, maintainable solutions. • Hands-on experience with test design, automation, defect triage, and end-to-end validation for web applications. • Solid understanding of databases (RDBMS and/or NoSQL) and testing data-driven workflows. Good to have skills: Pytest,, Python advance (Framework: Django),Angular or ReactJS , RDBMS \& NoSQL DB's, Cloud Knowledge, AI Skills, PyTorch or TensorFlow, NLP -- Transformers Location: BANGALORE, PUNE, HYDERABAD, CHENNAI,TVM, INDORE, NAGPUR, MLR, MYS, NOIDA, BBSR, KOLKATA, COIMBATORE, HUBLI • Architect and lead end-to-end testing strategy for Python/Django applications across unit, integration, API, UI, and regression layers. • Build best-fit architectural solutions for quality engineering in the form of reusable frameworks/tools within identified technology areas, aligned to business and delivery needs. • Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks, ensuring maintainability, reusability, extensibility, and clear reporting. • Apply architecture principles and practices (architecture frameworks/methodologies, patterns) to ensure QoS attributes such as performance, scalability, maintainability, and reusability across test and validation platforms. • Collaborate with frontend teams to validate ReactJS/Angular user flows and ensure consistent cross-browser behavior. • Define and track quality metrics (coverage, defect leakage, flakiness, cycle time) and lead continuous improvement initiatives. • Validate data integrity and performance across RDBMS and NoSQL systems, including schema changes and migration testing. • Create technology differentiation by contributing to new proposals/pursuits, including solutioning, estimations, accelerators, and technical narratives for quality engineering and test architecture.
