Dear Professionals Greetings from Tata consultancy Services, Job Title : Python Data engineer Experiernce: 5-10 Years Location: Chennai/Pune/Indore/Hyderabad/Delhi Mode of Work : Work from Office Mode of Interview: Virtual Core Responsibilities - **Pipeline Development:** Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to ingest, process, and load large datasets. [ - **Performance Tuning:** Optimize Python code, big data jobs (PySpark), and complex SQL queries to handle high-volume data streams with low latency. - **Architecture:** Collaborate with Data Architects and Analytics teams to implement data modeling strategies and Lakehouse architectures - **Orchestration & Automation:** Build, maintain, and monitor complex scheduling workflows and Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs). - **AI Integration:** Leverage AI-assisted coding tools and modern frameworks (like PySpark/Polars) to automate workflows and enhance pipeline capabilities. - **Data Governance & Quality:** Ensure data security, governance compliance, and strong data quality across enterprise warehouses Technical Qualifications: - **Programming Languages:** Expert-level Python proficiency (data structures, generators, OOPs concepts). - **Data Frameworks:** Strong hands-on experience with **PySpark** and **Pandas/Polars** . - **Databases:** Advanced proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
