QA Automation Engineer

Job description

**Key Skills:** Mobile Application, Manual Testing, Performance Testing, Oracle fusion, Automation Testing, Automation, Enterprise Resource Planning, Agile Methodology **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Develop and own test strategies, test plans, and test cases for the Mobile App and Oracle Fusion program, including risk-based coverage and acceptance criteria. - Design, build, and maintain automated test suites using mabl, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality feedback. - Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing for the Mobile App across iOS and Android, including UI/UX validation, push notifications, offline behavior, and API integrations. - Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests; identify bottlenecks, document findings, and drive resolution with development teams. - Perform structured manual and end-to-end business process testing for Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain), manage defects, and report quality metrics. **Skills Required:** - 5-8 years of hands-on QA experience with a significant portion focused on enterprise application testing - Mobile Application testing and QA ownership for iOS/Android releases - Automation Testing using test automation frameworks and maintaining automated suites - Performance Testing including load/stress/endurance validation and KPI/SLA alignment - Manual Testing and defect management for enterprise workflows in Oracle Fusion Good to Have: - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) testing experience - Agile Methodology experience in sprint-based delivery **Education:** B.E. (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
