Job description
**Role & responsibilities** • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript. • Implement BDD frameworks (Cucumber or TestNG) for structured test cases. • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. • Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. • Validate data for ETL workflows and write SQL queries. • Conduct cross-browser testing. • Contribute to performance testing initiatives. • Document frameworks and provide team support. **Primary Skills:** - Playwright automation framework - TypeScript programming - BDD frameworks (Cucumber or TestNG) - Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) **Secondary Skills:** - Agile methodology - Git version control - API testing (REST/GraphQL) - Basic ETL testing and SQL queries **Good to Have:** - Performance testing (JMeter, Playwright performance APIs) - Data modeling basics - Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
