**Role & responsibilities** - 5+ Years of Exp using Selenium with Python/Java - 3 years on API. Both Rest & SOAP - Good understanding of automation frameworks like POM, Page Factory with experience in CI/CD execution - Excellent agile knowledge - Strong SQL knowledge, Should be able to create complex queries - In-Depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Defect Life Cycle, Waterfall and Agile Methodology - Extensive experience in Quality Assurance Life Cycle (QALC) aspects such as developing Test Plans, Test Cases (Manual / Automated), Defect Reports and developing Test Scripts, Traceability Matrix and Test Environments - Experienced in AI and LLMs/SLMs - Claude, Github Co-pilot, Chat GPT - Experience working in Life insurance domain is preferred. - Experience using Test management tools such as qTest & JIRA. - Understanding Software Testing methodologies. - Strong understanding of Agile principles. - Strong communication; ability to interact with senior stakeholders **Preferred candidate profile** - Maintain & enhance automation frameworks - Develop automation scripts for UI, API and database validations. - Stabilize pipelines, eliminate flaky tests - Plan, create & execute test plans & suites - Ensure traceability, compliance, audit readiness - Collaborate with QA, BA, Dev and Product Owner
