- Job Description: Technical Skills required for the role. - Experience in writing Test Scenarios and test plan documentation. - Experience in automating test plans using the latest tools and techniques. - Experience in generating test metrics and reports to measure solution quality against business objectives and suggest product, system, and training improvements. - Experience testing Agile projects. - Experience in contributing to the creation and refinement of QA strategies. - Broad experience in different testing types – Functional testing, Regression testing, API testing, Integration Testing UAT, and Performance testing - Must have Soft Skills - Leverages teamwork to achieve organizational goals aligned with business outcomes. - Leading by example - Flexibility and agility - Business acumen - Desired Soft Skills - Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with geo-distributed stakeholders. - Comfortable presenting to stakeholders both internally and externally - Process Specific Skills - **MUST HAVE: Strong experience with Data Processing Pipeline.** - **MUST be able to hit the ground running.** - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Experience with Test Automation processes and tools. **Responsibilities: As Lead Assistant Manager - QA Engineer, you will …** - Responsible for maintaining overall SLA for Technical Operations. - Work closely with ServiceDesk and Level 1 teams to streamline query management. - Must understand the business and application workflows of the supporting systems. - Responsible for proactive monitoring of application uptime and reduction in incidents. - Organize and coordinate major incident management and critical outages. - Triage and collate monthly operational KPIs to identify areas of process improvements. - Train and mentor team members on supporting systems. - Handle escalations and drive initiatives that enable the Level 2 support team to function more efficiently. - Automate and execute QA plans for EXL Digital solutions that utilize EXL Digital products and solutions to improve client outcomes. - Contribute to Cloud QA best practices around test automation, test execution, and result reporting for the Digital team. - Share QA findings with the Cloud COE and Digital peer teams to enhance future offerings. **Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation testing solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to multitask and flexibility with timing.
