• Technical Skills required for the role. - Experience in writing Test Scenarios and test plan documentation. • Experience in automating test plans using the latest tools and techniques. • Experience in generating test metrics and reports to measure solution quality against business objectives and suggest product, system, and training improvements. • Experience testing Agile projects. • Experience in contributing to the creation and refinement of QA strategies. • Broad experience in different testing types – Functional testing, Regression testing, API testing, Integration Testing UAT, and Performance testing • Must have Soft Skills - Leverages teamwork to achieve organizational goals aligned with business outcomes. • Leading by example • Flexibility and agility • Business acumen • Desired Soft Skills - Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with geo-distributed stakeholders. • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders both internally and externally • Process Specific Skills - MUST HAVE: Strong experience with Data Processing Pipeline. • MUST be able to hit the ground running. • Experience with Agile methodologies. • Experience with Test Automation processes and tools.
