- Technical Skills required for the role. - Experience in writing Test Scenarios and test plan documentation. - Experience in automating test plans using the latest tools and techniques. - Experience in generating test metrics and reports to measure solution quality against business objectives and suggest product, system, and training improvements. - Experience testing Agile projects. - Experience in contributing to the creation and refinement of QA strategies. - Broad experience in different testing types – Functional testing, Regression testing, API testing, Integration Testing UAT, and Performance testing - Must have Soft Skills - Leverages teamwork to achieve organizational goals aligned with business outcomes. - Leading by example - Flexibility and agility - Business acumen - Desired Soft Skills - Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with geo-distributed stakeholders. - Comfortable presenting to stakeholders both internally and externally - Process Specific Skills - MUST HAVE: Strong experience with Data Processing Pipeline. - MUST be able to hit the ground running. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Experience with Test Automation processes and tools.
