QA Engineer (C1) - Manual and Automation Testing

- **Job Description: Key Responsibilities:** - Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables. - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium preferably. - Set up automation frameworks from scratch and Integrate automation code/tools to CI/CD pipeline. - Perform API testing to ensure the reliability and performance of web services. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews). - Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns. - Provide technical training to upskill the existing testing team. - **Mandatory Skills:** - Extensive experience for web automation using Java/Python preferably Selenium. - Proficient in API testing using tools like Postman. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub). - Strong knowledge of Agile test methodology. - Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA. - Experience with database testing preferably SQL for data validation and analysis. - Excellent client-facing and communication skills. **Responsibilities: Nice to Have:** - Knowledge of any Automation tools like Cypress/Test Robot Automation. - GenAI, LLM Model testing experience. - Strategize and estimate new automation requirements/projects. - Preferred domain experience in Finance and Banking. - Certification in Automation/Performance testing like CSTAS and CPTP. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - ISTQB Certified - Proven track record of delivering high-quality complex solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to multitask and flexibility with timing. **Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation testing solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to multitask and flexibility with timing.
