QA Engineer

Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Build and scale automation frameworks (UI/API/microservices) using Python or equivalent . - Leverage AI and LLM based tools for test generation, optimization, and defect analysis - Lead performance testing(load, stress, endurance) and optimize system scalability - Implement QE best practices: shift-left testing, API testing, observability, and CI/CD integration - Validate end-to-end banking workflows, including transactions, reconciliation, and compliance - Utilise Docker for containerized test execution, environment setup, and scalable automation pipelines - Ensure high-quality delivery through collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement - Work closely with Engineering, Product and QA leads for test strategy & execution as per scope of testing defined for the project - Understanding Quality of Service parameters including but not limited to Functional and Non-Functional Requirements - Capture traceability between Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Code Artifacts, Test Scenario’s and Test Cases. **Core Skills** - 10+ years in QA, automation, and performance testing - Strong in Python or equivalent scripting language - Experience in AI-assisted testing tools like Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot or Open AI etc - Experience with Playwright or Selenium - Familiarity with cloud (GCP/Azure/AWS) and micro-services architecture - Knowledge of banking domain **Req Skills - AI , Copilot , Automation , QA , Python or Java, Playright, Selenium** Expereince- 5-13 years Location - Only Mumbai - Andheri & Airoli
