**About Position:** We are seeking a seasoned QA Specialist / QA Lead to drive Quality Assurance activities for a large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites initiative. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, deep expertise in AEM, and hands-on experience in defining and implementing comprehensive test automation strategies across complex digital platforms. This role requires collaboration with development, DevOps, product, and UX teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - **Role: Sr. Test Lead + SDET AEM** - **Location: All Persistent Location** - **Experience: 7+yrs** - **Job Type: Full-Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Define and drive the overall QA strategy for AEM redesign and digital transformation initiatives. - Establish quality standards, testing methodologies, and governance processes. - Define quality KPIs and provide regular reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams. - Lead defect management, triage processes, and quality reviews. - Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering: - Functional Testing - Regression Testing - Integration Testing - End-to-End Testing - Performance Testing - Cross-Browser Testing - Ensure complete test coverage across AEM Sites implementations. - Validate AEM components, templates, pages, workflows, content authoring, publishing processes, and MSM (Multi Site Management). - Test integrations between AEM and external systems, APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party services. - Verify content workflows, user permissions, and publishing mechanisms. - Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for web and API testing. - Develop and maintain automated test suites to improve test coverage and execution efficiency. - Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation. - Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, UX teams, and DevOps engineers. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. - Provide quality insights and risk assessments during release planning. - Mentor and guide QA engineers across manual and automation testing streams. - Promote best practices in testing, quality engineering, and Agile delivery. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - 7+ years of overall QA experience. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in QA Lead or QA Management roles. - Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies. - Proven experience leading QA activities for enterprise-scale web applications. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents **Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:** Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
