**Job Title: QA / UAT Analyst - Tangoe GDI & Workflow Configurations** **QA / System Tester** responsible for the configuration and validation of Tangoe platforms. It focuses on the **Global Delivery Infrastructure (GDI)** , **Construction Standards** , and **Approval Workflows** within the Tangoe One Platform. **Role Overview** You will play a critical role in designing, building, and validating Technology Expense Management (TEM) system configurations. You will be responsible for testing the automated order routing, approval workflows, and GDI (Global Delivery Infrastructure) construction standards to ensure seamless vendor integrations and strict policy compliance before deployment. **Key Responsibilities** - **Workflow Testing:** Validate automated approval matrices, ensuring purchase and provisioning requests are correctly routed through corporate governance ladders before execution. - **GDI & Construction Standards Implementation:** Translate Tangoe’s Global Delivery Infrastructure (GDI) construction standards into platform-specific service catalogs, automated email templates, and data mappings. - **UAT Execution:** Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios for Moves, Adds, Changes, and Disconnects (MACD) workflows to ensure 100% adherence to company policies. - **Integrations Validation:** Test API and file-feed integrations to ensure accurate data flow between Tangoe systems and telecom or mobile carriers. - **Documentation:** Maintain precise documentation detailing standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow approval hierarchies, and GDI construction protocols.
