Experience in QAD ERP implementation, support, and enhancements Ability to work closely with business users to gather and translate requirements Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or related business processes Technical experience to Progress 4GL/OpenEdge, integrations, reporting, and custom development is a plus Strong analytical and communication skills
