Job description

**Role & responsibilities:-** 1. Implement and maintain ISO 9001 / IATF compliant Quality Management System Ensure all processes are aligned with documented procedures and quality manual 2. Plan and conduct internal QMS audits as per annual audit plan Coordinate and support external, customer, and certification audits 3. Prepare audit reports and ensure timely closure of nonconformities through CAPA Monitor QMS performance indicators and improvement initiatives 4. Facilitate root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions Create, review, update, and control QMS documents such as manuals, SOPs, procedures, formats, and records 5. Ensure document version control and proper record retention Ensure compliance to customerspecific requirements and statutory/regulatory standards 6. Support riskbased thinking, context of organization, and management of change activities Work closely with Production, Engineering, Process Quality, and Supply Chain for QMS compliance 7. Support new process, product, and change validations from a QMS perspective Conduct QMS awareness and training programs for employees 8. Support management reviews and present QMS performance data
