Job Description **Group Company:** Polycab India Pvt Ltd **Designation:** QSD Manager **Office Location:** Bhopal **Primary Responsibilities:** **Operations Management** - - Supervise all warehouse activities including inward, storage, and outward. - Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - **Inventory Control** - Maintain accurate stock levels through regular audits. - Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and ensure FIFO. - Manage returns effectively. - **Logistics & Coordination** - Collaborate with sales and logistics teams. - Ensure TAT for Last mile delivery. - Schedule deliveries and pickup to meet customer demands. - Optimize space utilization and material handling processes. - **Issue Escalation** - Raise on ground issues to appropriate authorities in timely manner - Follow up for issue resolution within defined/reasonable timelines - **Health & Safety** - Enforce workplace safety standards. - Conduct regular safety training and inspections. - Ensure compliance with local labour and safety laws. **Educational qualifications preferred** - Diploma in Mechanical or any graduate with specific degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven 2-4 years experience in warehouse or logistics management. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
