Job Summary: We’re seeking a Quality Analyst (2–3 years exp.) to design and execute test strategies for scalable web applications and APIs. You’ll collaborate with developers and product managers, validate functional and non-functional requirements, and drive automation coverage while ensuring high quality standards. Responsibilities: Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web, API, and database layers. Perform API testing using Postman or automation frameworks (REST Assured). Maintain UI automation using Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python). Validate backend data using SQL queries. Manage defects through Jira, collaborating with development for resolution. Participate in Agile ceremonies, QA sign-offs, and release readiness reviews. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Perform cross-browser and responsive testing. Contribute to QA process improvements and automation coverage expansion. Requirements: B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. 2–3 years of QA experience in manual + automation testing. Experience in Selenium WebDriver, API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured). Good SQL skills for data validation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows. Understanding of defect lifecycle and QA metrics. Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
