Job description

Key Responsibilities:  Drive process compliance and governance across projects in line with QMG standards. Perform process, work product, and implementation audits; identify non-conformities and ensure closure. Facilitate projects in defining, baselining, and tracking project metrics/KPIs. Analyze metrics data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Enable and monitor risk management practices, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively. Define, tailor, and institutionalize processes based on project and organizational needs. Conduct process trainings, awareness sessions, and onboarding for project teams. Ensure alignment and readiness for internal and external audits (ISO/CMMI assessments). Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement initiatives and best practice adoption. Support process documentation, standardization, and knowledge management within QMG. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–6 years of experience in Quality/Process Management (QMG/SEPG/PMO) roles. Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and CMMI model. Proven experience in audit execution, compliance tracking, and closure management. Hands-on experience in metrics definition, analysis, and reporting. Good understanding of risk management frameworks and practices. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies – Waterfall and Agile. Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
