**Role & responsibilities** **Primary Skills** - Proven ability to work with regulatory and commercial quality stakeholders across multiple markets. - Comfortable working with IT teams on system change, migration and UAT activities. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence at senior levels and work effectively in matrix environments. - Strong organizational, planning and riskmanagement capabilities. - Resultsdriven with a focus on compliance and patient/customer safety. - Collaborative, decisive, and able to drive consensus across diverse teams. - Highly organized, detail oriented and pragmatic problem solver. **Secondary Skills** - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines across multiple countries **Experience Required** - 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or life sciences quality environments. - Demonstrated experience leading multicountry separation, integration or divestiture projects, ideally within APAC. - Strong knowledge of Quality Management System elements applicable to commercial operations (e.g., complaints handling, CAPA, change control, document management).
