Job description

Sr. Engineer - Quality Assurance Lead 1. Exposure to Quality Management practices supporting embedded system (software) projects 2. Exposure to Product development or ECU/ System development 3. Understanding of Automotive SPICE or any other equivalent quality standard and implementation experience 4. Thorough understanding of Software development lifecycle and methodologies 5. Process Definition, deployment and harmonization experience 6. KPIs definitions and analysis experience 7. Must possess the skills to work and lead Q-initiatives or topics independently interfacing with various stake holders including suppliers 8. Supplier Quality 9. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Additional Skills (Desirable): 1. Basic knowledge on German language 2. ASPICE Certified Assessor 3. Internal auditor / assessor for ISO 9001:2015 or ASPICE HIS Audit 4. Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety standard & IATF16949 5. AGILE
