Job description

**Role & responsibilities** \\* Conduct on-site quality audits of ongoing high-value painting projects. \\* Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with defined SOPs and quality standards. \\* Identify operational gaps from both the internal team and service partner end and recommend process improvements. \\* Handle customer escalations through site visits and ensure timely resolution. \\* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining regular customer engagement. \\* Generate customer referrals and contribute to business growth through referral conversions. \\* Coordinate with operations, sales, and service partners to ensure seamless project execution. \\* Maintain audit reports, customer feedback, and quality documentation. **Preferred candidate profile** \\* Maximum age: 28 years. \\* Prior experience in Home Interiors, Painting Services, Home Improvement, Facility Management, Construction, or relevant startup ecosystem. \\* Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and communication skills. \\* Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and site visits. \\* Valid Driving License (Mandatory). \\* Should be based within the city limits of Mumbai, Pune.
