**Scope of responsibilities** - Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements - Monitoring and documenting compliance with instructions, procedures and acceptance criteria at every stage of the production process - Defining and supervising repair scopes, maintaining checklists and inspections, and reporting daily quality observations - Providing reliable documentation and attachments regarding repairs, in accordance with applicable guidelines - Collaboration with production teams in carrying out quality control tasks and solving current problems - Identifying and reporting delays or deviations from standard processes and participating in root cause analysis - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by proposing updates to work instructions and participating in 5S and Lean activities **Requirements** - Experience in quality control or production environment is preferred - Knowledge of Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and quality assurance procedures - Basic knowledge of Lean principles and the 5S methodology - Ability to read and use technical documentation and instructions **Competencies** - Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards - Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team - A proactive approach and willingness to participate in process improvement - Goal orientation, with an emphasis on cooperation and open communication within the team Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
