Position Overview: Mastercam seeks a Quality Control Specialist II on the Digital Integrations team, who will help ensure the reliability, accuracy, security, and business effectiveness of integrations connecting Salesforce with other enterprise systems. As a Quality Control Specialist II will partner closely with the Salesforce administrators, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into testable outcomes; validate API-led solutions; identify and manage defects; and provide objective release-quality evidence. The role supports Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and related ecosystem integrations, with particular attention to end-to-end process behavior, data integrity, integration contracts, error handling, and production readiness. Key Responsibilities: Integration Testing & Validation • Develop, document, maintain, and execute risk-based test strategies, test plans, test cases, test data, and scripts for Salesforce, MuleSoft, APIs, and connected enterprise systems. • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, performance, negative-path, and post-deployment testing for new features, customizations, interfaces, and defect corrections. • Validate end-to-end business processes that span Salesforce and upstream or downstream systems, confirming that transactions, statuses, calculations, and workflow outcomes remain consistent across platforms. • Verify synchronous and asynchronous integration behavior, including orchestration, transformations, dependencies, retries, timeouts, duplicate handling, and failure recovery. API & Integration Contract Quality • Review API requirements and acceptance criteria with engineers to confirm that integration behavior is clear, complete, measurable, and testable before development begins. • Validate REST and other applicable service interfaces, including requests, responses, authentication behavior, status codes, schemas, field mappings, business rules, and error messages. • Use OpenAPI specifications and interactive documentation created in Swagger, Scalar, or similar tools to validate that implemented interfaces conform to agreed integration contracts. • Assess API-led integration flows across MuleSoft layers and connected applications, documenting gaps between expected and actual behavior. Salesforce & Data Quality • Test Salesforce solutions involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, Apex, Lightning Web Components, platform configuration, workflows, and Salesforce APIs. • Validate data mappings, transformations, migration results, referential integrity, required fields, duplicate prevention, and reconciliation between Salesforce and integrated systems. • Create reusable test data and scenarios representing realistic business conditions while following applicable data-handling and access-control requirements. • Confirm that role-based access, permissions, and integration-user behavior support approved business requirements without exposing unintended functionality or data. Defect Identification & Management • Identify, reproduce, document, prioritize, and track defects with sufficient technical evidence for efficient diagnosis, including steps, payloads, logs, expected results, actual results, and impacted systems. • Work directly with engineering and other technical team members to isolate issues across Salesforce, MuleSoft, APIs, data transformations, and connected applications. • Retest corrections, execute targeted regression testing, and communicate residual risk or unresolved dependencies befor
