Quality Engineer Senior Analyst

**Key Skills:** Agile, Quality Engineering, Manual Testing, Selenium, Automation Testing, Quality Assurance, Jira, Zephyr **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Document detailed test cases for audience selection, offer logic, journey flow, personalization, and channel delivery for customer-facing engagement campaigns. - Maintain test cases and execution results in approved test management tooling with traceability to requirements and user stories. - Create and maintain test evidence (screenshots, logs, outputs) to support sign-off and audit needs. - Execute functional and regression testing for campaigns (including email/SMS/push across clients) and record pass/fail results with supporting evidence. - Coordinate test data requests and validate test data completeness and accuracy prior to execution; participate in end-to-end testing across integrated systems. **Skills Required:** - 3 - 5 years of experience in QA/quality engineering, including manual testing and test execution. - Manual testing and quality assurance experience for customer-facing digital campaigns, journeys, or marketing platforms. - Quality engineering mindset with strong test case documentation and evidence management. - Agile delivery experience, including participation in daily/weekly Agile ceremonies and status updates. - Selenium and automation testing experience to support regression and retesting of fixes. Good to Have: - Jira and Zephyr for defect management and test management. **Education :** Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
