Job description

**Strategic Objective & Key Result Areas** **1. Process** - Manage and optimize **weld processes** for sheet metal, specifically **skin panel parts**. - Conduct **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** for defects and process deviations. - Ensure **IHR (In-House Rejection) control** through preventive and corrective actions. - Deliver **skill training** to online manpower for process adherence and capability building. **2. System** - Maintain and update **process-related documentation** (SOP, OPS, CP, CAPA, 8D reports). - Ensure timely documentation updates in **SAP** for production and quality records. **3. QMS (Quality Management System)** - Apply **IATF 16949 knowledge** for compliance and audits. - Maintain proper documentation and records for QMS requirements. - Drive **KAIZEN improvement initiatives** to enhance process efficiency and quality. **4. Customer** - Handle **customer interactions** professionally for technical queries and audits. - Ensure **customer complaint closure** within defined timelines with proper documentation. - Control **Customer PPM (Parts Per Million)** through systematic improvements and corrective actions.
