In this role you will be responsible for supervising Customer Quality Management Systems personnel and leading the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Customer Quality Management System (CQMS). Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve: • LeadandmanagetheCustomerQualityManagementSystem(CQMS), ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and company quality standards. • Serveastheprimarycustomerqualityliaison, building strong customer relationships, leading quality-related discussions, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns, complaints, and corrective actions. • ProvideleadershipanddirectiontoCQMSpersonnel, including supervision, work prioritization, coaching, performance management, and employee development. • Driveauditreadinessandcomplianceactivities, overseeing document control, quality records, management reviews, customer audits, and corrective action follow-up to maintain system effectiveness. • Championcontinuousimprovementinitiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve quality performance, reduce non-quality costs, strengthen process discipline, and enhance customer satisfaction. If you have/are: • Bachelor’sdegreeinEngineering,Quality,Manufacturing,orarelatedtechnicalfield preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. • Minimum5yearsofexperience in customer quality systems, quality auditing, manufacturing quality, or a related quality management function. • ExperiencemanagingCustomerQualityManagementSystems(CQMS) and conducting internal, external, or customer quality audits. • Strongcustomer-facingqualityexperience, including direct interaction with customers, customer quality representatives, and resolution of quality concerns. • Demonstratedleadershipandteammanagementcapabilities, with prior supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience preferred; Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
