Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the quality improvement program by establishing quality metrics and performance dashboards. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. - Analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Collaborate with departmental heads to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. - Provide support in preparing for accreditation surveys and inspections. - Facilitate training and workshops on quality improvement tools and methodologies. - Monitor the implementation of policies and procedures related to quality and safety. - Prepare reports and presentations on quality metrics for management review. Tools Required: - Familiarity with quality management software and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean methodologies). - Proficient in using statistical software for data analysis. - Experience in using electronic health records (EHR) systems. - Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field. - Previous experience in quality management within a healthcare setting is preferred. - Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Improvement Associate) is a plus.
