Quick Commerce Operation Executive

Job description

**Roles & Responsibility** **1. Order Processing & Fulfilment** - Manage end-to-end processing of bulk B2B orders. - Ensure timely picking, palletization, packing, and dispatch as per committed SLAs. - Coordinate scheduled deliveries as per client appointment slots. **2. Inventory Management** - Monitor bulk stock levels and maintain safety stock for key SKUs. - Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance. - Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies. **3. In-warding & GRN Management** - Supervise goods inward process and ensure accurate GRN entry. - Coordinate with vendors for shortage, damage, or quality issues. - Maintain proper documentation for audits. **4. Client & Vendor Coordination** - Coordinate with B2B clients for order confirmations and delivery schedules. - Handle escalations related to shortages, delay, or billing discrepancies. - Follow up with vendors for timely replenishment. **5. Transportation & Dispatch Planning** - Plan vehicle allocation for bulk shipments. - Ensure proper documentation (Invoice, E-way Bill, DN, etc.). - Monitor dispatch TAT and delivery confirmation (POD). **6. Reporting & KPI Monitoring** - Track KPIs such as: - Order Fill Rate - Inventory Accuracy - Dispatch TAT - Prepare daily/weekly performance reports. **7. Cost & Process Optimization** - Monitor logistics and operational costs. - Identify process gaps and suggest improvements. - Reduce damages, shrinkage, and operational losses.
