## **Job Description** **Skills: Cisco Routers & Switches** - Troubleshooting Experience on Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols like **STP, EIGRP,OSPF, BGP**. - Hand on experience with Cisco hardware (ISR routers & catalyst switches) - Knowledge on Cisco routers & Switches troubleshooting - Knowledge on **SDWAN/Cisco Meraki** troubleshooting. - Working exp. On Cisco Routers and Switches NOC support. - Ready to working in 24/7 rotational shifts. - Good with Communications skills - CCNA/CCNP certifications mandatory - Candidate should be aware of basic ITIL process.
