**Key Skills:** Train Operations, Operational Controls, Crew Management, Train assignment, Depot operations, Train Control Management System, Scheduling, Rostering, Railway signaling, Railway system, Train Control system, Signaling System **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Participate in RFP activities to identify target digital solutions for Train Operations. - Facilitate functional workshops to gather requirements and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes. - Own end-to-end Train Operations process understanding across scheduling, rostering, crew management, dispatching, and resource allocation. - Translate business needs into functional specifications and align them with architecture and product teams. - Prepare validation scenarios, execute testing cycles, and support global deployment including training and data preparation. **Skills Required:** - 8-10+ years of experience in Transportation Operations domain. - Scheduling and operational controls for train operations. - Train control management system and train control management process expertise. - Crew management, train assignment, and depot operations knowledge. - Functional specification, process modeling, and validation/testing support for digital train operations solutions. Good to Have: - Signaling system, railway signaling, and railway system exposure. - Train control system experience. - Rostering experience. **Education:**  B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in Engineering (preferably IT).
