The Ratlam role involves serving customers by handling daily banking transactions, assisting with account opening and servicing, and supporting branch sales initiatives. Responsibilities include promoting Axis Bank products and services, resolving customer queries, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to branch targets and service quality standards. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a professional, solution-oriented approach. - Candidates should possess basic financial and banking knowledge, with the ability to understand products such as accounts, loans, deposits, and digital banking services. - Candidates should possess proficiency in computer usage and banking systems, including MS Office applications and digital channels. - Candidates should possess sales and relationship management abilities to identify customer needs, cross-sell appropriate products, and build long-term relationships. - Candidates should possess attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to processes. - Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field are preferred. - Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage. - Candidates should possess integrity, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team within a fast-paced branch environment.
