**Role Overview:** As the **Regional Manager, Strategic Accounts (POS)** , you will spearhead the expansion of Razorpay's offline payments footprint in Bangalore by acquiring and managing high-value enterprise merchants. - You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique business needs, and tailoring Razorpay's POS solutions to drive their growth. This role involves working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for strategic accounts, ultimately contributing to Razorpay's market leadership in the offline payments space. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy for Razorpay POS devices, focusing on acquiring enterprise merchants and expanding market share. - Identify, qualify, and onboard strategic accounts, understanding their business requirements and demonstrating the value proposition of Razorpay's POS solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise merchants, acting as a trusted advisor and partner. - Manage and grow a network of channel partners to expand reach and accelerate merchant acquisition in the region. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support for strategic accounts. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. - Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Razorpay's offline payments business. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for enterprise merchants. - Represent Razorpay at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's POS solutions and building brand awareness. **Required Skillset:** - Demonstrated ability to drive B2B sales and merchant acquisition, particularly within the offline payments and POS space. - Proven experience in managing and growing relationships with enterprise merchants and channel partners. - Strong understanding of the Indian payments landscape, including offline payment methods and POS technologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. - Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. - Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn and grow. - Experience of 7-13 years in Large Retail enterprise Accounts
