Job Description - -------------- **About Third Party Products:** The Third Party Product team responsible for managing all the revenue streams from all Non-Core banking products for the Bank **About the Role:** The IPG - General Insurance Product Team member is responsible for managing the Non-Life Revenue line for the Liability sales team. The role will encompass the following. The Product team is also responsible for managing stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for launching new products curated for the channel. * Responsible for creating new business models like co-origination along with NTB acquisition along with the regular cross-sell * Conduct strategic planning and monitoring resource level productivity by enhancing sales processes * Responsible for channel management and insurance partner management. * Coordinate reporting and MIS responsibilities with the relevant departments to maintain daily rigor **Qualifications:** Optimal qualification for success on the job is: * Education (formal degrees, certifications) - MBA * Experience (No. of years, relevant fields )- 3-5 Years * Prior experience in the Insurance domain **Role Proficiencies:** For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: * Good communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills * Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills * Ability to work effectively across functions and Hierarchy. * Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals * Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously * Ability to conceptualize and implement competent sales strategies *#ComeAsYouAre We are dil se open.
