**Job description** **Educational RequirementsBachelor of Engineering,Bachelor Of TechnologyService LineDigital ExperienceResponsibilities** - **Lead end-to-end development of web applications using ReactJS for frontend and Node.js for backend services.** - **Define technical architecture, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.** - **Drive requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications and delivery plans.** - **Build and review reusable UI components, state management approaches, and frontend performance optimizations.** - **Design and implement backend APIs and service layers with strong focus on reliability, security, and performance.** - **Conduct code reviews, enforce quality gates, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.** - **Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.** - **Mentor and guide team members, supporting technical growth and ensuring consistent delivery outcomes.** - **Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly.** **Additional Responsibilities:Preferred Qualifications:** - **Experience leading technical teams, owning modules end-to-end, and driving delivery across multiple workstreams.** - **Strong knowledge of modern React patterns (hooks, component design, performance tuning) and scalable Node.js service development.** - **Experience with system design, integration strategies, and designing APIs for extensibility and maintainability.** - **Demonstrated ability to influence best practices through documentation, code reviews, and mentoring.** - **Experience collaborating with product and design teams to deliver user-centric solutions with clear acceptance criteria.** - **Good to have skills:Express.js, RESTful API design, Microservices, TypeScript, CI/CD** **Technical and Professional Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:** - **9+ years of overall experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS and Node.js.** - **Proven experience delivering production-grade applications and services with strong engineering discipline.** - **Strong understanding of frontend and backend fundamentals, including component-based UI development and API design.** - **Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.** **Preferred Skills:** - **Technology->Reactive Programming->NodeJS** - **Technology->Reactive Programming->react JSRole & responsibilities**
