**Location-Bangalore** **Experience - 9+ years** **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced React Native Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile and OTT applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript frameworks and hands-on experience in OTT platforms such as Android TV, Fire TV, and Vega TV. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the development of scalable and high-performance applications using React Native and React JS - Architect and design robust front-end solutions across mobile and OTT platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, QA, and product teams - Drive best practices in coding, performance optimization, and application security - Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality delivery - Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Ensure smooth CI/CD integration and deployment processes - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across platforms **Required Skills & Qualifications** 10+ years of experience in JavaScript and front-end development *Strong expertise in:* - React Native - React JS - Redux - Angular - Node.js - HTML5 & CSS3 - Hands-on experience in OTT application development - Strong experience with: - Android TV - Fire TV - Vega TV Deep understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations Strong problem-solving and leadership skills Able to manage team of 7+
