Location-Bangalore Experience - 9+ years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced React Native Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile and OTT applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript frameworks and hands-on experience in OTT platforms such as Android TV, Fire TV, and Vega TV. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development of scalable and high-performance applications using React Native and React JS • Architect and design robust front-end solutions across mobile and OTT platforms • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, QA, and product teams • Drive best practices in coding, performance optimization, and application security • Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality delivery • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Ensure smooth CI/CD integration and deployment processes • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across platforms Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in JavaScript and front-end development Strong expertise in: • React Native • React JS • Redux • Angular • Node.js • HTML5 & CSS3 • Hands-on experience in OTT application development • Strong experience with: • Android TV • Fire TV • Vega TV Deep understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations Strong problem-solving and leadership skills Able to manage team of 7+
