(www.squareyards.com) **Job Description:** **Job Title:** **Manager - Sales** **Roles and Responsibilities:** - End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM - Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties. - Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures - Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week. **Skills Required:** - Excellent communication skills written and verbal. - Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage - MS office - Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills - Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence **Educational Qualification & Work Experience:** - A graduate from any discipline is preferred - 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred. - Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period **Compensation, Perks and Benefits:** - Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers) - Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month) - CTC – 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only) - 5 Day work week ○ Earn ESOPs on every deal closed - Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets - Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible for managing teams - International opportunities based on performance and tenure Desired Candidate Profile : 2 Wheeler is required as the work requires client meets. 📍 **Location: Bangalore** 🔹 **Only Bangalore-based candidates are eligible to apply.** 🔹 **Walk-in interview is mandatory.** 🔹 Candidates who are available to attend the walk-in interview are requested to apply. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resumes on nandini.n3@squareyards.co.in
