Role: Record To Report Team Member Skill: Record To Report Experience: 1 year to 8 years Job Location: Kolkata Shift: 24\\*7 Interview Date: Sunday, 28th June 2026 Entry Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM Interview Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Gitanjali Park Plot-II/F/3 Action Area II, Gitanjali Road, International Financial Hub (CBD), Newtown, Kolkata- 700156 Eligibility Criteria: ⦁ Immediate Joiners Preferred ⦁ Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) ⦁ Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar ⦁ Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts ⦁ Candidates must have a registered EP ID ⦁ End to End knowledge of RTR Domain Things To Carry: ⦁ Candidates must carry a copy of their updated resume ⦁ It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive ⦁ Please carry 2 Photocopies of original Aadhar or PAN card ⦁ Candidates must carry a passport size photo Skill & Experience: ⦁ Qualification- CA/MBA in Finance ⦁ Minimum 1 to 8 years’ experience in Finance and Administration Delivery ⦁ Proven expertise across end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes ⦁ Strong experience managing multiple global clients and senior stakeholders ⦁ Demonstrated ability to drive metric improvements and ensure data validation ⦁ Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills ⦁ Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with flexibility in work hours Responsibilities: ⦁ Lead and oversee R2R operations including reporting, general ledger entries, and global intercompany reconciliations ⦁ Manage client engagements and contracts across geographies, including process setup, metrics definition, and reporting ⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction ⦁ Demonstrate thought leadership by driving value through technology, analytics, and transformation initiatives ⦁ Establish robust tracking mechanisms for key operational metrics to support data-driven decision making ⦁ Own and drive all process parameters critical to quality, ensuring delivery excellence ⦁ Lead end-to-end F&A delivery across multiple global regions ⦁ Drive transformation, productivity, and efficiency improvements as per contractual commitments ⦁ Oversee account reconciliation processes, policy adherence, and effective tool adoption ⦁ Ensure strict compliance with control, risk, and governance requirements ⦁ Lead operational reviews and governance calls with clients and internal stakeholders ⦁ Ensure SLA management, issue resolution, and escalation protocols are followed ⦁ Drive people management activities including performance management, career development, mentoring, and training ⦁ Build and sustain backup and cross-training plans to ensure delivery continuity
