Role:RTR Lead Skill: Finance and Accounting,RTR Experience: 8 years to 12 years Job Location: Hyderabad Shift-Night Shift Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree, CPA, CA, CMA or specialized P2P certification is highly advantageous. Must Have Skills: RTR Delivery Management, SLAs and KPIs, Team Management, Resource Planning, Customer Management ORACLE ERP, US GAAP, IFRS Service Delivery & SLA Management General Ledger, Closing & BU Reporting Fixed Assets, Leases & Specialized Compliance Oracle ERP & Process Transformation Audit & Risk Governance Good-to-Have Skills: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Master’s degree, CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is highly preferred. - Experience: 7+ years of core RTR / General Ledger experience, with at least 2–3 years in a team lead, supervisory, or management capacity. - ERP Expertise: Deep, advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud/Fusion or E-Business Suite) within a multi-ledger, multi-currency environment. - Core Competencies: Proven expertise in Service Delivery Management and managing SLAs/KPIs within a shared services or matrixed corporate enterprise. - Technical Knowledge: Strong command over ASC 842/IFRS 16, Fixed Asset accounting lifecycle, and localized corporate compliance (Property Tax & Escheatment regulations). Job Responsibility We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic RTR Accountant & Team Lead to oversee our global Record-to-Report financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity of our general ledger, complex corporate compliance, and financial reporting structure. Beyond technical accounting execution, you will champion operational excellence by leading a high-performing accounting team and managing service delivery against strict internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs). With 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, you will serve as the primary operational anchor, optimizing Oracle ERP to drive automation, ensuring robust internal controls, and delivering high-value business unit reporting to senior leadership.
