**Role** : (in 100 to 150 words) The R2R Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Finance and Accounting Operations specifically for Record to Report processes in a non-voice BPO setting in Mumbai. The role requires extensive experience in F&A operations and a proven track record in managing large teams and client relationships. **Reports into** : (RM Designation) **Job Responsibilities** : (**Must have**) (min 8 pointers & max 12) - Oversee end-to-end R2R (Record to Report) processes ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Coordinate with P2P (Procure to Pay), AL (Account Ledger), GL (General Ledger), and OTC (Order to Cash) teams to ensure seamless operations. • Manage a team of 50+ FTEs, ensuring effective team handling and performance management. • Act as the primary point of contact for client handling and stakeholder management. • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis. • Implement process improvements and drive operational efficiencies. • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. • Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders. • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Address and resolve any operational issues or escalations promptly. **Job Responsibilities** : - Experience in managing finance and accounting operations in a BPO setting. • Knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance requirements. **Criteria** : - 10-12 years of experience in F&A Operations. • Experience in managing teams of 50+ FTEs. • Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in R2R, P2P, AL, GL, and OTC processes. **Criteria** : - Experience in a non-voice BPO environment. • Familiarity with UK shifts and time zones. **Shifts timings: 5:00pm to 3:00 AM.** Night Shift. **Week Off : SAT & SUN** **Transport : Only Drop ( Door to Door Services)**
