You will be RTR Assistant Financial Controller / Supply Chain Finance Lead would act as the Finance Controllership Lead representing Accenture Team in front of Client, owning RTR operations, Inventory Costing, Supply Chain Finance governance, financial controls, month-end close, stakeholder management and business partnering with Supply Chain leadership. Also lead PTP, OTC team members. You will interact with Onshore CFO, AFC, Business team. Lead end-to-end RTR operations including Month-End Close, financial reporting, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and balance sheet reviews. The Paula s Choice SOW includes cash \& bank reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, GL reconciliations, MEC journals and financial reporting. Own Inventory Accounting, Inventory Valuation, Standard/Average Costing, Inventory Reserves, Obsolescence Provisions, Inventory Revaluation and Write-offs. Serve as the Inventory Controllership SME, ensuring accuracy of inventory balances, cost calculations and financial compliance. Lead Inventory Subledger-to-GL Reconciliations, Inventory Close activities and Inventory Variance Reviews. Manage Supply Chain Finance activities including PPV (Purchase Price Variance), Manufacturing Variance, COGS Analysis, Freight \& Logistics Cost Analysis and Margin Reporting. Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and FP\&A teams to optimize inventory, improve working capital and drive cost efficiencies. Review inventory aging, slow-moving inventory and excess stock; provide recommendations to business leadership. Lead Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting and complex balance sheet reconciliations. Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX/audit requirements, accounting policies and governance standards. Provide financial insights to Controllers, CFO organization and Operations leadership through dashboards, KPIs. Preferred Expertise RTR Controllership \& Financial Close, Supply Chain Finance, Inventory Costing \& Inventory Accounting, Inventory Reconciliation \& Controls, PPV, COGS \& Margin Analysis, Working Capital Management NetSuite / SAP / Oracle ERP, Consumer Goods, Retail or Beauty Industry Experience. Manage Inventory Accounting, Inventory Valuation, Standard/Average Costing and Cost Roll-up activities. Execute Inventory Subledger to GL reconciliations and investigate inventory variances. Monitor inventory reserves, obsolescence provisions, write-offs and write-backs. Perform Purchase Price Variance (PPV), Inventory Variance and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis. Support inventory period close activities, stock counts, cycle counts and inventory adjustments. Analyze inventory aging, inventory turns, working capital and Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) metrics. Perform Intercompany accounting, fixed asset accounting, bank reconciliations and GL reconciliations. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and FP\&A teams to resolve inventory and costing issues. Support audit requirements by ensuring compliance with accounting policies, controls and documentation standards. Prepare management reports, variance analysis and financial insights related to inventory and supply chain costs. Identify process improvement, automation and cost optimization opportunities across RTR and Supply Chain Finance processes. Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, internal controls and governance requirements. Work effectively with global stakeholders and support US time-zone operations as required.
