JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and proactive Full Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for client requirements. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in full cycle recruitment and should be comfortable partnering with candidates, Hiring Managers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership, learning agility, and the ability to deliver a hightouch, white-glove recruitment experience. The recruiter will be responsible for understanding hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, managing candidate engagement, coordinating interviews, supporting offer processes, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for all stakeholders. Your duties may include, but are not limited to: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requirement intake, sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding follow-up. Partner closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and candidate profile needs. Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, professional networking platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Identify and engage both active and passive candidates based on client requirements. Conduct candidate screening through phone and video interviews to assess skills, experience, motivation, communication, and cultural fit. Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure candidates remain engaged throughout the recruitment process. Maintain regular communication with Hiring Managers and provide updates on pipeline, challenges, market feedback, and hiring progress. Manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining strong professional relationships. Maintain accurate and timely candidate information in ATS/CRM platforms. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Work with urgency in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality and candidate experience. Implement feedback quickly and continuously improve recruitment approach and stakeholder engagement. QUALIFICATION: 12+ years of solid recruitment experience, with prior experience in Full Cycle Recruitment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent articulation and confidence in candidate and stakeholder conversations. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to deliver a white-glove candidate and Hiring Manager experience. Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through. Open to feedback and able to quickly implement coaching. Good time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Strong work ethic and sense of commitment. The average of 10th, 12th (PUC), and UG marks percentage should be more than 60%. Bachelors/Master’s degree. (For recent under-graduates: They should have all the semester’s original mark sheets. No active backlogs) . WORK SCHEDULE: Night Shift – Should be flexible to work on both shift Shift- 1: 5:30 pm/6.30 pm IST to 2:30 am/3.30 am IST Shift-2: 7 pm/8 pm IST to 4 am/8 am IST Shift- 2: 8:30 pm/9.30 pm IST to 5:30 am/6.30 am IST Saturday & Sunday fixed off WORK MODE: Hybrid ( Mon-Wed: WFO; Thurs, Frid: WFH) PERKS AND BENEFITS: Both-way Cab (Free Door Pickup and Drop) – Within a 14 Km radius of the work location. 5 days Working Medical Insurance.
