**Position: Recruiter** **Work Location: Cyient DLM Limited**, GMR Aerospace & Industrial Park (Opposite Airport Novotel hotel), Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad, Hyderabad-500108 **Experience:** 1 to 2 Years **Job Summary** We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for various functions within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements, and a passion for identifying quality talent in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment for production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and support-function roles. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process. - Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle. - Negotiate salary expectations and facilitate offer rollouts and onboarding. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. - Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS or recruitment tracker. - Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment timelines. - Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, walk-in drives, and recruitment events as required. - Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment best practices. **Required Qualifications:** - Master's Degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDBM) - 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the EMS, manufacturing, or industrial sector. - Experience hiring for technical and non-technical positions is preferred. - Familiarity with recruitment portals and sourcing techniques. - Knowledge of interview coordination and candidate management. **Required Skills:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent sourcing and screening abilities. - Good organisational and time management skills. - Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage. - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines. **Preferred Experience** - Experience recruiting for electronics manufacturing, automotive, industrial manufacturing, or EMS companies.
