Job Description Recruiter (Off-roll) | Tanishq **Position:** Recruiter (Off-roll) **Location:** Mumbai Region **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail store positions across the Mumbai Region. - Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, vendors, and local hiring drives. - Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience. - Track recruitment progress and maintain hiring MIS and candidate databases. - Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups to ensure successful onboarding. - Partner with business stakeholders to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines. **Desired Profile** - 12th pass/Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). - 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Jewellery, retail, Fasion and Apparel or FMCG Industry . - Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Hands-on experience with job portals and Microsoft Excel. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
