- Sourcing ,Interviewing , Vendor management. - Managing the end to end recruitment cycle for Bulk Hiring Support, and BPO Functions hiring which includes multichannel sourcing, screening, interviewing, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary and level benchmarking. - Experience in executive sourcing and delivering end to end BULK recruitment. Hiring experienced candidates across different , Recruiters for multiple Accounts for BPO Industry.Worked on bulk hiring - Sourced relevant candidates through Job Boards, Social Networking sites, Employee Referral, Job Postings and other networks. Conducted the initial technical screening to determine suitability and interest of candidate. - Screening of potential candidates and setting up face-to-face,phone interviews as per the requirement criteria. - Portals used for Sourcing: Naukri.com, LinkedIN, Heirst, Shine.com, monster.com. **Location:** Airoli (Navi Mumbai) & Chandivali (Mumbai)
