Hi, We are hiring Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist - Supply Chain. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for Supply Chain functions across various levels. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in recruiting Supply Chain professionals, including Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Analytics. The role requires partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and delivering high-quality talent within defined timelines. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer closure. - Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements. - Source and attract Supply Chain talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking. - Recruit for positions such as: - Supply Chain Manager - Demand Planner - Supply Planner - Logistics Manager - Procurement/Sourcing Specialist - Category Manager - Inventory Manager - Warehouse Manager - Manufacturing & Operations Professionals - Screen and assess candidates for technical and functional fit. - Coordinate interviews and provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activities. - Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure an excellent candidate experience. - Track recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress through ATS systems. - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring processes. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 8 years of recruitment experience with a focus on Supply Chain hiring. - Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, logistics, procurement, planning, and operations roles. - Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
