We are seeking an experienced **Recruitment Manager** to act as the primary interface between the Delivery and the Recruitment team. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring activities across multiple projects, Programs, and geographies, ensuring timely fulfillment of resource demands. The Recruitment Manager will partner closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, HR, and Recruitment teams to manage hiring pipelines, coordinate interviews, facilitate offer negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21,000 difference-makers in our workplace. **Work Experience** **Key Responsibilities** - Act as the single point of contact between Delivery teams and Recruitment teams for all hiring requirements. - Drive end-to-end recruitment activities from requirement intake to onboarding. - Coordinate with recruiters and other teams to identify talent from internal and external channels. - Partner with Delivery and Technical Team to understand current and future requirements. - Participate in resource planning discussions and provide hiring status updates. - Track and prioritize hiring status across multiple projects and geographies. - Track timely sourcing and screening of candidates against project requirements. - Monitor active requisitions and hiring pipelines to meet staffing timelines. - Manage interview scheduling across multiple stakeholder groups. - Coordinate technical, managerial, and customer interviews. - Maintain visibility of open positions, candidate pipelines, offer status, and onboarding progress. - Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for offer approvals and release. - Monitor candidate onboarding activities and joining readiness. - Coordinate with Delivery, HR, and hiring managers to ensure successful onboarding. - Support recruitment strategies for niche skills and critical business demands. **Required Qualifications** - 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Workforce Management, or Staffing. - Experience supporting hiring for technology, engineering, or product development organizations. - Experience managing recruitment activities across multiple locations and geographies. - Strong understanding of hiring workflows, recruitment metrics, and workforce planning. **Preferred Experience** - Experience supporting global delivery organizations. - Exposure to hiring across Engineering, Software Development, Validation, QA, Embedded Systems, AI/ML, or Product Engineering domains. - Ability to manage high-volume and strategic hiring simultaneously. - Facilitate compensation discussions and salary negotiations with selected candidates.
