**Job Title: Red Hat OpenShift Engineer / Administrator** **Location:** Hyderabad **Experience:** 5 16 Years **Employment Type:** [Full-time/Contract] **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Red Hat OpenShift Engineer to design, implement, and manage containerized application platforms using OpenShift. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deploy, configure, and manage **Red Hat OpenShift clusters** - Administer and troubleshoot **Kubernetes-based environments** - Manage containerized workloads using **Docker/Podman** - Monitor cluster performance, ensure high availability, and optimize resources - Handle installation, upgrades, patching, and scaling of OpenShift environments - Implement CI/CD pipelines integrating OpenShift (Jenkins, Git, etc.) - Ensure cluster security, access controls, and compliance - Work closely with DevOps and development teams for application deployment - Automate operational tasks using scripting or tools like **Ansible** - Provide L2/L3 support and resolve incidents efficiently **Required Skills:** - Strong experience in **Red Hat OpenShift administration** - Hands-on expertise in **Kubernetes (K8s)** - Experience with **Docker / Containers / Microservices architecture** - Knowledge of **Linux (RHEL preferred)** - Experience in **CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, GitLab, etc.)** - Scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar) - Understanding of **networking, storage, and security concepts**
