The role involves designing, modeling, and optimizing refrigeration cycles to meet performance, energy efficiency, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include conducting technical research, performing thermodynamic and heat transfer calculations, and using CAD tools to develop and refine system layouts and components. The position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product design, manufacturing, quality, and testing to translate design concepts into manufacturable and reliable products. The role also includes analyzing test data, troubleshooting performance issues, supporting design validation and certification activities, and preparing technical documentation and reports. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong research skills to support design decisions, performance analysis, and technology benchmarking. - Candidates should possess skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Architecture to develop refrigeration system layouts, component integration, and detailed technical drawings. - Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics to create clear technical diagrams, visualizations, and documentation for cross-functional communication. - Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer, with experience in HVAC or appliance engineering. - Ability to use engineering simulation or analysis tools (e.g., cycle simulation software, CFD, or related tools) to evaluate performance and efficiency. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a closely related field. - Experience working in a product development environment, including prototyping, testing, and design optimization. - Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate on-site with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
