Hiring: Manager / Assistant Manager Sign to Live (S2L) We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused **Manager / Assistant Manager Sign to Live (S2L)** to manage the end-to-end onboarding journey of properties and ensure timely go-live with seamless execution. Key Responsibilities: - Own the complete Sign to Live (S2L) lifecycle from property signing to go-live. - Drive pre-live readiness, BRN build-up, and OTA activation. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding. - Track milestones, resolve bottlenecks, and drive timely property launches. - Conduct governance reviews and maintain launch readiness dashboards. Requirements: - 26 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Project Management, Business Operations, or Property Onboarding. - Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills. - Excellent analytical and communication abilities. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
