**Job Description:** **• Responsible for Gold Loan and handling 50 plus branches.** **• Responsible for achievement of all business targets.** **• Responsible for achieving cross-selling products TGT Vs ACT of the Region and maintaining relations with cross-selling peers to ensure a smooth implementation process.** **• Responsible for maintaining the quality of the AUM which focused attention on NPA management.** **• Ensure the business is conducted adhering all the compliance and process laid down by the company across the branches.** **• In an event of any incidents, follow up with local governing bodies (Police, Court etc) up till satisfactory resolution is provided and accepted by the management.** **• Select competent resources and ensure the staffing level is 100% at branches as per norms.** **• Opening of new Branches as per the potential of the Region.** **• Responsible for the overall administration of Regions and doing periodic visits to all branches of the Region.** **• Ensure cost-effective fund management among branched within the Region.** **• Ensure the Gold Loan SOP is followed and inculcated in branch operations** **• Ensuring adherence to laid down instructions about the conduct of business and administration by branches.** **• Review audit reports for the Region and take necessary actions.** **• Periodic events to be programmed for the business promotion to create brand equity for Muthoot Group.** **• Conducting periodic training programs for the development of the staff and so as to groom them to take additional responsibilities.** **Opening Vacancies: Bangalore, Hubli, Davangere, Tirupati, Goa, Hyderabad, Nizamabad, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Kakinada** **Interested candidates can send their resume over an email: Resumesktk@muthootgroup.com ( WhatsApp-6360601089 no calls, only message strictly )**
