- Recovery Strategy : Develop and implement regional recovery strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Portfolio Management : Monitor delinquent accounts, prioritize recovery efforts, and ensure timely resolution. - Team Leadership : Lead, train, and motivate recovery officers, field staff, and collection agencies. - Compliance Oversight : Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical recovery practices. - Agency Coordination : Manage external recovery agencies, monitor performance, and enforce contractual obligations. - Performance Tracking : Analyze MIS reports, track KPIs, and present recovery performance to senior management. - Customer Engagement : Handle escalated cases, negotiate settlements, and maintain professional customer interactions. - Risk Mitigation : Identify high-risk accounts and implement preventive measures to minimize losses.
